We found a gem of a hotel conveniently located next to the best pizzeria in town. the breakfast was excellent and the staff was welcoming. the spacious rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities like plenty of towels and bathrobes, ensuring utmost comfort. the hydromassage pool and outdoor sauna area are a treat. the hotel restaurant serves delicious dinner options at great value.
The lack of cleanliness in common areas and the spa.

Excellent breakfast and dinner, with great value compared to other restaurants in the area. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating during our city break. the spa area with sauna and an external jacuzzi were a much-appreciated feature during our stay. the location was prime, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shopping, and the ski bus.
Our room was not as clean as we would have liked, with missing soap in the bathroom and a lack of cleanliness overall. the staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than focusing on the guests' needs.

The hotel was well-equipped and clean, with an excellent breakfast and dinner that offered great value. The family-run establishment was welcoming, with warm and spacious rooms, plenty of towels, and a comfy external jacuzzi, in addition to a sauna.
